  The service we received was below par.
  We walked in with reservations and had been told our table was in the back, which was great! Then a group of four got up from their table and asked the hostess if they could have the back table...after they were all seated and served water. So we were disregarded and put at their table. No reason given to us.
  The wait to get our food was at least an hour. Even though we ordered everything at once.
  This all with little checking in on us.
  Most people around us were getting served.
  The worst thing is that a group of 3 came in with their two big dogs..sat right near us..I thought only service dogs were allowed in restaurants, now get this...another patron came in with a service dog (had an identifying jacket) and as the dig entered the restaurant the other dogs started barking and chasing the service dog.
  We could go on about the whole experience
  But let's just say, if you want good service you must be a regular.

  The food was fantastic. The ambience was excellent with a rustic tone. The service was very professional and attentive. Cappuccino was more like a Latte which is kind of the norm nowadays. But the espresso base was very good. All the food was complex and interesting. All unique. What a blessing to have this place the next town over.
